A lawsuit filed in U.S. District Court in Manhattan Monday charges Vice President Dick Cheney, former Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld, and ex-Air Force General Richard Myers, acting Chairman of the Joint Chiefs on September 11th with "broad complicity" in the attacks of that horrific day. The suit seeks damages, triple damages and punitive damages for an ex-U.S.Army member who, along with her two-month-old baby, was injured in the terrorist attack on the Pentagon on 9/11.
The ex-G.I. plaintiff alleges she has been denied government support since then, because she raised "painful questions" about the inexplicable failure of military defenses at the Pentagon that day, and especially the failure of officials to warn and evacuate the occupants of the building when they knew the attack was imminent..
The complaint alleges the three leaders and other "unknown, named" U.S. military and civilian officials engaged in a conspiracy to "facilitate and enable" the Attack on America; because they wished to bring about a "frightening catastrophe of terrorism", "a new Pearl Harbor", which would create "a powerful reaction of fear and anger in the public and in Washington". This would generate an "atmosphere of acceptance" which would allow the longed-for neo-conservative political and military program to go forward: invade Afghanistan, pass the Patriot Act, invade Iraq, tap phones, etc; torture, lie, intimidate, etc.
The plaintiff AG [April Gallop] was a career soldier, holding top secret clearance, who had an agreeable assignment in Germany until she was abruptly transferred to the Pentagon in 2000. On September 11, 2001, she had a new baby boy, Elisha, with her on her first day back from a two-month maternity leave. She was told by her supervisor to hurry to her desk that morning, for an urgent document-clearing job, and to drop the baby off at child care later. She got to her office, turned on her computer, and the place blew up. There were at least two big explosions that she heard and felt.
The walls collapsed, the ceiling fell in, she was hit in the head and knocked unconscious; she came to, grabbed the baby (who was also hit in the head), and picked her way out to where daylight was showing, where the front of the first floor had been blown off. The insides of the building were also blown out; but there was no sign of any wrecked airliner, and no burning jet fuel splashed anywhere.
There is also no sign of airliner wreckage in any photograph that has been published so far; and there are many photographs that show a clear absence of wreckage, and plain evidence of blast damage.

The FBI has blocked two of its veteran counterterrorism agents from going public with accusations that the CIA deliberately withheld crucial intelligence before the Sept. 11, 2001 attacks.
FBI Special Agents Mark Rossini and Douglas Miller have asked for permission to appear in an upcoming public television documentary, scheduled to air in January, on pre-9/11 rivalries between the CIA, FBI and National Security Agency.
The program is a spin-off from The Shadow Factory: The Ultra-Secret NSA from 9/11 to the Eavesdropping on America, by acclaimed investigative reporter James Bamford, due out in a matter of days.
The FBI denied Rossini and Miller permission to participate in the book or the PBS "NOVA" documentary, which is also being written and produced by Bamford, on grounds that the FBI "doesn't want to stir up old conflicts with the CIA," according to multiple reliable sources.

Rossini and Miller -- who still hold sensitive jobs in the FBI, and are identified here for the first time -- are prepared to say publicly that, under pressure from the CIA, they kept the full the truth from the Justice Department's Inspector General, which looked into the FBI's handling of pre-9/11 intelligence in 2004.
"There was pressure on people not to disclose what really happened," said sources close to the IG investigation.
Rossini, in particular, is said to have felt threatened that the CIA would have him prosecuted for violating the Intelligence Identities Protection Act if he told the IG investigators what really happened inside the CTC.
CIA officials were in the room when he and Miller, as well as a sympathetic CIA officer, were questioned.

Ms. McKinney has supported calls by families of the 9/11 victims for a transparent investigation into what was called a "failure of intelligence," although it more closely resembled a failure of response, of standard operating procedures, and of government officials and agencies to respond, prepare for, and comprehend the source of these attacks. In 2002, Ms. McKinney questioned the Bush Administration's response to 9/11 and said that Bush officials may have had evidence that the attacks would take place. Although she was denounced in the media as a conspiracy theorist for her remarks, the 9/11 Commission confirmed McKinney's assertions. "The Bush administration has decided to replace Dr. John Howard, the head person in charge of all health issues which came out of the September 11, 2001 attacks on the World Trade Center.
The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s director, Julie Gerberding, met with Howard on Thursday to tell him that he was being replaced.
The six-year term of Howard, the director of the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health, will expire on July 14.
Howard has been working diligently to help push for federal programs to monitor the health of the workers and others who state they were badly sickened following the World Trade Center attacks.
Many feel that the departure of Howard could jeopardize the future funding to victims of 9/11. -----

"The Bush administration wants to rewrite the official evidence against Guantanamo Bay detainees, allowing it to shore up its cases before they come under scrutiny by civilian judges for the first time.
The government has stood behind the evidence for years. Military review boards relied on it to justify holding hundreds of prisoners indefinitely without charge. Justice Department attorneys said it was thoroughly and fairly reviewed.
Now that federal judges are about to review the evidence, however, the government says it needs to make changes.
The decision follows last week's Supreme Court ruling, which held that detainees have the right to challenge their detention in civilian court, not just before secret military panels. At a closed-door meeting with judges and defense attorneys this week, government lawyers said they needed time to add new evidence and make other changes to evidentiary documents known as "factual returns."

It astonishes the mind to realize how many professing Christians refuse to believe that acceptance of moral perversity leads to divine judgment. Such widespread misunderstanding of Holy Writ can only be attributed to a half century of impotent, shallow pulpits.
Unfortunately, the consequences of such willful ignorance can only mean we are doomed to repeat the mistakes of past nations that also ignored the warnings of Scripture.
If the Bible teaches anything, it teaches that God is sovereign in the affairs of men. America's Founding Fathers believed that to a man. Our very form of government is predicated upon this principle. The writings of the Founding Fathers are replete with personal acknowledgments to this principle. For Christians to now repudiate this principle is the height of silliness and stupidity.
Since the destruction of the Canaanite empire, every nation throughout history that has repudiated the moral laws of God has fallen victim to the wrath of God. There have been no exceptions. Even more interesting is the fact that the vast majority of these nations fell at the zenith of their power and influence. The mightiest armies men can assemble are but toy soldiers when they march against God.
It is true that God made a special covenant with only one nation, Israel. However, it is equally true that only one nation, the United States of America, made a special covenant with God. From the earliest days of our nation, our forebears made it crystal clear that this country was founded for "the advancement of the Christian faith" and for "the glory of God." [...]
Furthermore, Holy Scripture is also clear that God charges every nation to honor His standard of righteousness. Scripture promises divine blessing to nations that elevate these principles and divine judgment upon those nations ignoring them. This has been accepted Christian dogma for 2,000 years! God has made another covenant with the nations of the world: bless Israel and be blessed; curse Israel and be cursed.
Another principle that God has determined will cause a nation to falter or prosper is the principle of leadership. Leaders without the fear of God will doubtless bring a nation into divine displeasure, while leaders who fear and honor God's laws will surely experience Heaven's favor.
For far too long, too many of these sacred principles have been violated in our country! Are we now shocked that God could be using pagan nations (as He repeatedly did with Old Testament Israel) to judge Christian America? Instead of ridiculing the brave men who attempt to call America back to God, we should be doing what God demands. That means the White House and the church house need to stop normalizing adultery, homosexuality, and other acts of sexual deviancy. . .
Listening to many modern pundits, one would think they expect God to apologize to Sodom and Gomorrah; however, God owes no nation an apology. God is righteous in judgment as much as He is in blessing. The only apology owed is the one owed to God from disobedient people. That is called repentance, and it is time America did it. -----
Associated Press brings us the latest in the saga of those poor ew Yorkers who inhaled the rapidly-disintegrated World Trade Center towers:
"As President Bush's health chief, Tommy Thompson proudly trumpeted millions of taxpayer dollars to help workers sickened by the Sept. 11 attacks at the World Trade Center, even amid complaints that his agency was not doing enough.
Now, Thompson's private company has won an $11 million contract to treat some of those same workers . . .
The contract awarded by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention is intended to track the health of 4,000 to 6,000 workers who live outside the New York City area, where a separate health monitoring program is in place. The CDC is part of the Health and Human Services Department, which Thompson headed in Bush's first term.
Internal e-mails obtained by the Associated Press show the one-year contract went to Logistics Health Inc., a La Crosse, Wis., company where Thompson is president.
While secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services, Thompson was pressed by New York lawmakers to take a more active and aggressive role in tracking and treating Sept. 11-related health problems. . .
A spokeswoman for Logistics Health did not immediately return calls seeking comment.
The government has struggled to effectively track the health issues of ground zero workers who live outside New York. Advocates and some lawmakers have unsuccessfully sought to establish a permanent, government-funded treatment program.
In the years since the 2001 attacks, studies show that workers who toiled at the site have had higher than normal rates of lung problems and post-traumatic stress. Others have complained of an increase in gastrointestinal disorders.
The CDC contract was awarded after the government received proposals from four different companies, including Thompson's, officials said. . . .
Logistics Health will provide annual examinations to World Trade Center responders around the country, diagnose and treat Sept. 11-related conditions and provide a pharmacy benefit to those responders. -----

It seems some 9/11 researcher/artists were filming a presentation in Southern Manhattan when they were ambushed by a gang blackshirts who in turn eventually called NYPD. Here is the account of Nico Haupt, anyway:
During a PR session for prominent guest Rosalee Grable aka TheWebfairy (Chicago), nearby WTC 7; a new incident triggered 11 Port Authority Cops to show up and investigate a harrassment case.
While talking about his new video "NicoHitler - Mein Kampf 2", Haupt decided to deliver his black moustache tape to "no-planer" Matt Lepacek , who was in a heavy debate with Paula Gloria and TheWebfairy, filmed and streamed by both of them. At one point, Haupt removed his Hitler moustache and tried to deliver it to Matt Lepacek with the words, "You are a better Hitler than me".
Lepacek rejected the Hitler Tape, while at the same time PrisonPlanet follower Luke Rudkowski showed up and Haupt considered to give the black prop to Rudkowski.
Suddenly Rudkowski threatened Haupt with his camera and tried to beat him. Yet another attempt to give the moustache to his girlfriend Sabrina Rivera instead, ended without success.
She throw her camera at him and tried to beat him too, while hitting Paula Gloria's camera to the Ground. Haupt tried to defend himself, but got hit by Sabrina's Camera, which apparently looked like he was touching her Camera first. Rudkowski yelled and decided to call 11 Cops on Haupt.
After some longer investigation and shifting through footage, the Port Authority Cops decided to let both Rivera and Haupt go, but handed out a [summons] for June 18th.
Haupt had a weaker case today, because he showed up with an expired ID.
However the Cops smiled at him, while listening to his 9/11 TV Fakery Facts. Haupt promised to show up at Court, in time, surely not without "Exhibit A", his NicoHitler beard ;

"Bishop Richard Williamson, seemingly the most outspoken and controversial bishop of the Society of St. Pius X, asserted in a recent talk that the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks were committed "to get the American public to accept the invasions of Afghanistan and Iraq," according to a news item by Jack Kenny in the Nov. 15, 2007 issue of The Wanderer.
Bishop Williamson, whose talk was held Nov. 4, 2007 in Bedford, Mass., is quoted as saying:
"Without 9-11, it would have been impossible to attack in Afghanistan or Iraq. The forces inside the United States government and driving the United States government absolutely wanted to attack and destroy Iraq. The destruction wrought upon Iraq is unspeakable. And now the same forces want to do the same thing to Iran . . . They may well be plotting another 9-11."

"No New Yorker is privy to as many secrets of the dead as Dr. Charles S. Hirsch. During nearly two decades as New York City’s chief medical examiner, he has quietly overseen autopsies on more than 100,000 people, hoping to learn something more about the way they lived, and why they died.
After a long run marked by few major controversies, Dr. Hirsch, 70, now finds his objectivity and independence being questioned because of his review of a single autopsy — on the body of James Zadroga, 34, a New York City police detective who died in New Jersey last year. The Zadroga family had hoped he would agree with the Ocean County medical examiner’s finding that the detective’s death was linked to ground zero dust, which would add his name to the official list of victims of the 9/11 attack.
But last month Dr. Hirsch shocked the Zadroga family and others with his conclusion, “with certainty beyond doubt,” that the material in Detective Zadroga’s lungs was not dust from the trade center but ground up pills he had injected into his veins.
[...] the police union, members of Congress and others have raised doubts about his ability to make such a determination by himself. At the heart of their criticisms lies a single question: how could the same tissue samples, autopsy slides and medical records lead different forensic pathologists to radically different conclusions?
...Certainty is an elusive quality in science. Dr. Gregory J. Davis, a University of Kentucky professor who is chairman of the forensic pathology committee of the Congress of American Pathologists, said that “certainty beyond doubt” was not a phrase he had ever used.
[...]Dr. Hirsch’s determinations about Detective Zadroga sharply conflicted not only with the conclusions drawn in the Ocean County autopsy but with the findings of other experts. A former New York City medical examiner, Dr. Michael M. Baden, examined the autopsy slides and said he was convinced that trade center dust had killed Detective Zadroga. The Police Pension Board in 2004 linked Mr. Zadroga’s illness to the dust when it approved a disability pension for him. And the September 11 Victim Compensation Fund concluded in 2004 that he had been harmed by the dust and gave him a substantial monetary award.
Detective Zadroga was at ground zero in the weeks immediately after 9/11, though it is not clear exactly where he worked or how many hours he remained on the site. His medical records show that he was sickened by his work at ground zero.
Dr. Hirsch’s findings about Detective Zadroga have generated controversy in part because many cases involving ground zero workers may have to be reviewed if the workers are to be included on the 9/11 victims list. The 9/11 victims’ fund gave more than 1,300 ground zero workers the same kind of injury award Detective Zadroga received, opening the door for future claims. Similarly, more than 175 police officers and 725 firefighters have received disability pensions for illnesses related to the trade center. And more than 20,000 workers have registered with the New York State Workers’ Compensation Board in case they become sick in the future.
Several members of New York’s Congressional delegation said they did not think Dr. Hirsch should have the power to decide whether deaths were linked to 9/11. This month, they urged Mayor Michael R. Bloomberg to create a panel of independent medical experts. But the mayor rejected the proposal.

And that's not the only conspiracy theory with a huge number of true believers in the United States.
The poll found that more than one out of three Americans believe Washington is concealing the truth about UFOs and the Kennedy assassination - and most everyone is sure the rise in gas prices is one vast oil-industry conspiracy.
Sixty-two percent of those polled thought it was "very likely" or "somewhat likely" that federal officials turned a blind eye to specific warnings of the 2001 attacks on the World Trade Center and Pentagon.
Only 30 percent said the 9/11 theory was "not likely," according to the Scripps Howard/Ohio University poll.
The findings followed a 2006 poll by the same researchers, who found that 36 percent of Americans believe federal government officials "either assisted in the 9/11 attacks or took no action" because they wanted "to go to war in the Middle East."
In that poll, 16 percent said the Twin Towers might have collapsed because of secretly planted explosives - not hijacked passenger jets flown into them.
And what hit the Pentagon? Twelve percent figured it was a US cruise missile.
"The CIA erred in twice telling a court in the case of September 11 conspirator Zacarias Moussaoui that it did not have any recordings of interrogations of "enemy combatants," when in fact it had three video or audio tapes, according to a letter released on Tuesday.
Prosecutors only recently learned of the tapes from the CIA, they said in the letter to the judge who presided over the case and to a U.S. appeals court that considered the Moussaoui case.
In court declarations on May 9, 2003 and on November 14, 2005, the CIA stated the government did not have any video or audio tapes of the interrogations. Moussaoui initially sought the testimony of several top al Qaeda witnesses as part of his defense.
When it made both declarations, the CIA in fact possessed two video tapes and an audio tape of the unidentified "enemy combatant" interrogations, the prosecutors said.

"In the midst of his presidential candidacy, former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani now faces a looming government investigation into his handling of the radios used by firefighters on 9/11.
The investigation, which will examine how the FDNY ended up using faulty equipment during the terrorist attacks and why Giuliani gave a no-bid contract to Motorola for that equipment, has been endorsed by New York City Councilman Eric Gioia, chair of the city's oversight and investigations committee.
"I will do everything in my power to get answers, to get the truth," said Gioia, a Democrat. "These families deserve answers and really the entire city and our country deserve answers."
Calls for an investigation were first proposed by filmmaker Robert Greenwald who has documented Giuliani's handling of 9/11 in a series of shorts for Brave New Films. In The Real Rudy: Radios, Greenwald documents how radios used by the FDNY on 9/11 were the same ones that malfunctioned during the 1993 attack on the Twin Towers. When - eight years later - Giuliani finally purchased new communications equipment for $14 million from Motorola, it was never field-tested. A week later, the equipment was recalled after a firefighter's mayday went un-heard. Giuliani reissued the old batch of radios. And on 9/11 when a police helicopter warned that the North Tower could collapse, more than 120 firefighters remained inside.

These activists, affiliated with We Are Change L.A. were apparently responding to Commissar Maher's recent call for 9/11 dissenters to be forcibly drugged.
The National Institute of Standards and Technology finally responded earlier this month and denied a Request for Correction (RFC) filed by Dr. Morgan Reynolds regarding its 9/11 report. Reynolds has offered some preliminary thoughts at his NoMoreGames.net:

Airplane Video Fakery
So-called live videos of the south tower plane "event" showed a plane image disappearing behind the South Tower wall, although at least one shows a plane's nose momentarily exiting the opposite north side, then fade to black, an obvious "overshooting" error in video fakery. Subsequent videos of airplane image entry into the south tower emerged in days, months and years later. These "penetration" videos show impossible physics like little or no deceleration, which NIST and its contractors have accepted at face value. These impossibilities were modeled, allegedly via sophisticated methods, according to the NIST response to my RFC: "The models used to analyze the aircraft impact into the towers fully capture the constitutive properties of the aircraft and the building materials and account for the deformation, fracture, and failure of these materials as well as conservation of momentum and energy." NIST, of course, did no such thing. NIST did not account for the conservation of momentum and energy because energy can only be spent once. Energy consumed in fracturing tower materials and impressing a cartoon-like outline of an airliner's silhouette of passage is not available for constant speed. The event as depicted by NIST is impossible.
NIST asserts in its defense, "By using original sources of photographic and video evidence and by using a NIST expert to obtain copies of material directly from these original sources, NIST was able to ensure the integrity of the photographic and video evidence used in the investigation. Further, all photographs and video records obtained by NIST are kept on a secure server with access limited only to authorized NIST personnel." Am I supposed to accept NIST assertions at face value? Does NIST deny, for example, that the FBI had custody of the Evan Fairbank video for hours and returned only part of the video to Fairbank? NIST does not comment. NIST claims it "collected photographs and videos from original sources only," yet evidence showing physically impossible events like no crash and no deceleration in the plane image must be fake unless NIST believes Newtonian mechanics no longer apply. "Further, all photographs and video records obtained by NIST are kept on a secure server with access limited only to authorized NIST personnel," NIST asserts. Secret evidence is no evidence at all. Until shown otherwise, I am told to rely on NIST assertions, undocumented, without proof. To properly pursue my appeal, that is, confirm NIST's claims independently, I must have access to the photographic and video evidence NIST has denied to me and other taxpayers. I will file a FOIA request to obtain this evidence in order to properly exercise my appeal rights.
Are SAIC's Hands Clean?
In my supplemental letter, I asserted that SAIC had a clear and palpable conflict of interest and offered evidence to support that proposition. "SAIC was contracted by NIST to provide administrative support to the team conducting the investigation," NIST responds. "They did not perform technical work in support of the investigation." Yet NIST offers no proof and no documentation for the claim that SAIC did no technical work, only administrative work. SAIC was the largest NIST contractor with 25 employees assigned, followed by ARA with 9, so it is hard to believe that SAIC performed no technical work. SAIC does not reveal the job titles and professional training of its employees and NIST likewise has kept its WTC contract with SAIC secret. I will file a FOIA request to obtain this NIST contract and all related evidence to discover the work SAIC performed.
Are ARA's Hands Clean?
My original RFC identified ARA as the principal contractor hired to analyze plane impacts and create relevant animations. I obtained this data from the NIST contract with ARA as presented on NIST's website. But NIST is silent about the role ARA played in plane analysis and animation. The NIST published contract with ARA clearly specified that ARA would perform analyses and animations of plane impacts on the towers. If accurate, ARA plainly violated Newtonian mechanics and substituted patently false physics in its analyses and animations and is therefore culpable for fraudulent and misleading misrepresentations. What role did ARA play? Unless NIST reveals ARA's role with supporting evidence, I may have to file a FOIA request regarding the work ARA performed.
"He'd flown helicopters during the Vietnam War, and later in New York City for WABC-TV, as a news pilot, brought viewers close to countless horrific events: the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks, the Staten Island ferry crash and the recent steam pipe explosion in Manhattan.
But on Sunday evening it was doing something comparatively safe - standing on a midtown sidewalk - that put Paul Smith in harm's way. Police say Smith, 60, of West Islip, and his wife Donna, 55, had just left a restaurant when a taxicab jumped the curb and ran over him.
Smith was taken to Bellevue Hospital Center where he was pronounced dead on arrival. Yesterday, his wife remained there in stable condition with a fractured leg. A 7-year-old boy had his arm broken in the crash, police said. It was not clear whether he was related to Smith.
No charges have been filed against the driver, who tested negative for alcohol.
Police were reviewing security cameras and investigating the accident, which took place at Third Avenue and East 40th Street. They said the cabbie said he was swerving to avoid another car.
The driver, Mohammed Chowdury, told reporters last night he was forced off the road by a black car that cut him off. He had been driving a cab just five weeks, he said.

" A potentially major storm is brewing out in the Atlantic Ocean and could wreak havoc along the east coast, including New York City beginning Sunday, forecasters say.
The storm has been checked out by hurricane hunters and so far it hasn't been given a name or a number. It's a low pressure system sitting about 500 miles off the Carolina coast. As it continues to become more organized and escape the wind shear, computer models agree it will do a U-turn and push back in the direction of the east coast.
The thinking is once that wind shear is taken out of the equation, high pressure will push the system back up the coast. There are three computer models creating different paths of the storm.
In the first scenario, the storm goes over land in the Carolinas and weakens, which means it would bring heavy rain and tropical storm force wind at best to the tri-state region.
The second model shows the worst-case scenario for the area. The storm hugs the shore and stays over water, allowing it into intensify, possibly into a low-level hurricane, that could blow into the region.
Louder Than Words has obtained 140 hours of NORAD audio tapes from 9/11. Two hours of these tapes will premiere tonight at 6pm EDT on the Revere Radio Network, the worldwide home of free speech. Dr. Kevin Barrett posted this summary of the situation vis-a-vis the tapes to 911blogger.com:

The NORAD tapes are one of the most puzzling, controversial, yet crucial areas of 9/11 research. One thing everyone agrees on is that the tapes prove top US military officials have lied about the US air defense response on 9/11. But the question of which of their several incompatible stories are lies, and which if any are true, remains to be fully resolved.
David Griffin's book Debunking 9/11 Debunking opens with a close reading of the NORAD tapes controversy, based on the portions of tape and transcript that were then available through Bronner's article. The upshot: Top US military leaders have told essentially three different stories to excuse the lack of air defense response on 9/11 -- and each one is more unbelievable than the last. But their most recent version, enshrined in the 9/11 Commission Report, is seemingly supported by the snippets of NORAD tape presented in Bronner's article. Griffin points out that this version, despite the apparent support of the tapes, is extremely implausible if not impossible. The best explanation, given all the available evidence, is that some of the NORAD tapes have been forged, doctored, and/or cherry picked in order to create a false story that exonerates the military, while falsely implicating FAA personnel in what would be extreme criminal negligence. The close study of the NORAD tapes, now that over 100 hours are available to researchers, may help clarify the situation.
Bermas said that Loose Change obtained the tapes simply by asking for them repeatedly from NEADS. The tapes are supposedly unclassified, but the Loose Change crew was given the run-around for months before finally being presented with the 21 audio files.

Department of Justice and FBI attorneys, during recent depositions taken in FBI whistleblower Sibel Edmonds' Federal Tort Claims case, Civil Action NO. 1:05-CV-540 (RMC), questioned witnesses regarding information previously designated "state secrets" by the Attorney General.
In April 2004, the Justice Department succeeded in preventing Edmonds from testifying in a law suit related to the September 11 terrorist attacks. The law firm of Motley Rice, representing September 11 family members, had subpoenaed Edmonds for a deposition, but the government argued that information provided by Edmonds "would cause serious damage to the national security and foreign policy interests of the United States." By invoking the state secrets privilege and citing classification concerns, the government quashed the subpoena, and even seemingly innocuous questions regarding Edmonds' birth place, her date of birth, her languages, even her position as a translator with the FBI, were deemed covered by the state secrets privilege. Other Court proceedings in Edmonds' case were also blocked by the assertion of the state secrets privilege, and the Congress was gagged and prevented from investigating her case through retroactive re-classification of documents by DOJ. In May 2004, the Justice Department retroactively classified Edmonds' briefings to Senators Grassley and Leahy in 2002, as well as FBI briefings regarding her allegations. The congressional gag applied to all information related to Edmonds' case, including the interrogation and arrest warrant issued for her sister in Turkey as a result of a leak regarding Edmonds' monitoring of certain foreign targets of the FBI. During recent depositions conducted by the Justice Department in a lawsuit filed by Edmonds under FTC, Department of Justice and FBI attorneys, Dan Barish and Ernest Batenga, questioned witnesses on and discussed information that was previously declared state secrets. This information was communicated on the record in the presence of parties who did not have security clearance. Information such as the nature of Ms. Edmonds' work with the FBI, the specific FBI units where she performed translation, FBI target countries, the arrest warrant issued by the Turkish government for Ms. Edmonds' sister, and congressional letters regarding the consequences of Dickerson's espionage case in Turkey and here in the U.S., all of which were retroactively classified by the Justice Department, was discussed and put in the court record.
Edmonds' responded to this recent development: "The Department of Justice has now confirmed what we knew all along: it is abusing the state secrets privilege to avoid accountability, not to protect national security. How can it be that the very same information is a state secret when it would assist plaintiffs suing the government, but not a state secret when it would assist the government in defeating plaintiffs? It's long past time for Congress to put an end to the government's misuse and abuse of the state secrets privilege."
Currently Edmonds, her attorneys, and civil liberties group are reviewing this latest disturbing development and its implications on other SSP and government secrecy cases. The law firm Motley Rice has also been notified since their case is still active.
Dr. Morgan Reynolds has announced that his qui tam lawsuit against the federal government's National Institute of Standards and Technology has been unsealed. Reynolds posted the announcement to his NoMoreGames.net August 21, 2007:
"Last month the U.S. District Court, Southern New York, unsealed a 9/11 case filed by Dr. Morgan Reynolds, thereby making the case public. Reynolds is suing on behalf of the United States of America after the U. S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York who represents "the government" declined to intervene in the case. The suit, a so-called qui tam case, alleges that the 9/11 contractors NIST hired to investigate destruction of the WTC Towers on 9/11 defrauded the U.S. government of substantial money by rendering bogus, impossible physical analysis and animations about how two hollow aluminum aircraft (allegedly Boeing 767s) flew into a steel/concrete tower and disappeared. Yet it can be easily demonstrated, after a great deal of hard work by dedicated 9/11 researchers, that no planes hit the towers. The office of Reynolds' attorney, Jerry V. THE DEFENDANTS' SCHEME 50. The destruction of the WTC on September 11, 2001, was caused, in whole or in part, by the use of Directed Energy Weapons, consisting in High Energy Lasers and or other operational, but largely secret weapons that are, nonetheless, known to exist and known to have been deployed and/or deployable in the year 2001, before and after. It is also clear and apparent on its face that NIST’s explanation of the destruction of WTC1,2, issued in or about the month of September, 2005, is blatantly false, incomplete, misleading and fraudulent.

SAIC engaged in fraud, then, in the wrong place and in the wrong context. Between ARA and SAIC, some twenty-five (25) persons were assigned to work on, by literally surrounding and, accordingly, controlling and manipulating, NIST officials such that fraud, the intended outcome, did, in fact, occur. It is telling that the two contractors who were most numerous among NIST’s contractors were those whose primary expertise includes the development of Directed Energy Weapons (DEW) and psychological operations (psy ops), as that term is understood for military and warfare purposes, respectively. Small wonder, then, that NIST did not investigate what caused the destruction of WTC 1,2; namely, DEW, carried out in the manner of a psy op.

Tonight's History Channel program on 9/11 Conspiracies - Fact or Fiction shows how powerful our movement has become, and how contemptible our opposition is. The deck was stacked, the animations were distorted and fantastic, and the framework was rather nasty, but this was of course NBC News, read GE, which is now a hedge fund in drag. And even NBC News, often the slimiest of the networks, has been forced to pretend to refute numerous factual criticisms of the official story, one by one. I say pretend because most of the refutations were simply blanket denials, with no facts or reasoning beyond mere assertions that the 9/11 truth theses are not true, offend the families, are disgusting, or "corrosive," and other meaningless verbiage. Some of the attempts at substantive refutation involved dodges and subterfuges that seemed new, at least to me. It sounded like one of their pseudo-experts was arguing that the wings of the alleged airplane at the Pentagon had broken off through hitting objects on the Pentagon lawn. If that was so, where are the wings and the jet engines on that pristine Pentalawn? This pitiful construct is self-contradictory and destroys itself. We also heard that building 7 was hollow at the base, quite an achievement under the New York City building code. The bottom of building 7 was, we now discover, an amphitheater, with no support columns, but only trusses! I guess if your argument is ruptured, then you need a truss. Another pseudo-expert thought that a commercial aircraft could transform itself into an artillery shell or tank round and punch through the Pentagon rings that way, despite the obvious difficulty. CIA man Michael Scheuer says all the evidence points to al Qaeda, but where is all that evidence, Mike? There was none in this program, to be sure. Otherwise, Mike was reduced to some pitiful whining that there are too decent patriotic people in the CIA - a moot point.
Some of the little people had obviously been leaned on to get them to change their testimony. But that was done with a nominalist stupidity worthy of William of Okham, the dumbest philosopher of the late Middle Ages. The wretched New York TV reporter had to say that he had reported secondary explosions, but not bombs. What precisely is the difference, when heard from afar? The poor Shanksville coroner had said that after a few minutes at the crash site, he had stopped being a coroner because there were no bodies. Now he says that he meant that he became an undertaker. Again, what is the distinction he is driving at? Where there bodies yes or no?
Most of the refutations were weak, fishy, lame, and unconvincing. In particular, any time they have to bring on Chip Berlet, that well-known gutter-dwelling character assassin and mercenary of the foundations, you know they are in big trouble, and he was quite prominent. I believe strongly in the victory of reality over fabrication and lies, and I suspect that this was the response of many viewers tonight. If we had a focus group, we could be sure, but I think more 9/11 came into the world than there were doubters who fell back into the official version based on this program.
But look at all the important factual material they had to present. The viewers got to see the squibs coming out of the twin towers. They got to see building 7 coming down, with ample comparisons to controlled demolition cases. They got to hear and see the infamous Silverstein. They got to see the singed hole in the internal rings of the Pentagon. They got to see the Shanksville crater. They got to hear about false flag operations from a chorus of authoritative voices, and for that there was no refutation. They also got a good source list for further research: Loose Change was prominent, as were Alex Jones and 9/11 Mysteries. Thierry Meyssan, the founder of our worldwide movement, got more recognition tonight than he has ever received in this country, and it is about time - his book the Big Lie is and remains a classic. They go to know David Ray Griffin, Bob Bowman, Jim Fetzer and many more. There was even a plug for my own 9/11 Synthetic Terror. Any serious, intelligent person - and there still are some - knows exactly where to go to find out more, and that can only be a big plus.
Part of the genius of the 9/11 truth movement is our ability to make even the financier-controlled media spread our ideas and work for us. Despite the worst intentions of NBC News, I would say that this is what they have accomplished. They have kept 9/11 truth research in the public eye. There is an old Broadway saying - "A knock is a boost." In other words, if we are so obscure and so crazy, why do we merit any attention at all? Or, as the Roman put it - "Bona fama, mala fama, semper fama" - good fame, bad fame, it's all fame, and we'll take it - the wisdom of the ancients.
Two-hour documentaries are not cheap and need to get some ratings. Clearly we are not so obscure as NBC News would have us believe. In fact, if we can hold off the new 9/11 for a few more months, 2007 may turn out to be our finest hour. -----

Your story on the recent Scholars for 9/11 Truth conference, "9/11 Doubters Doubt Each Other Too," was so distorted and pejorative that if I were a paranoid conspiracy theorist, I would suspect Popper of working for Project Mockingbird. (Google the term to see what I mean.)
Out of almost 20 hours of presentations, the reporter focused on the 10 seconds during which one presenter, Dave Von Kleist, expressed his fear of government infiltration of the 9/11 truth movement. And out of the many dozens of hours of informal conversation, Popper chose to highlight one in which similar fears were expressed.
I participated in many conversations throughout the weekend and can testify that all were convivial and concerned the science and politics of 9/11, not fears of government infiltration. For more on the conference, people can go to www.mujca.com/madisonconference.htm .
The reporter's aim in offering such a wildly distorted view of the conference can only have been to libel 9/11 truth seekers as paranoid -- a task that Isthmus already accomplished last summer, to its eternal shame and perhaps its eventual prosecution.
This libel, like the 9/11 blood libel against Muslims, dehumanizes its victims and makes its author, editor and publisher complicit in the holocaust of the 9/11 wars -- a holocaust that has already killed more than 650,000 people in Iraq alone and destroyed the lives of more than 6 million people in Iraq and Afghanistan by making them refugees.
As the example of Nuremberg suggests, journalists who act as propagandists for war crimes may one day find themselves on the scaffold. You would be well advised to strive for more balanced and accurate coverage in the future.

"The CIA has been ordered to release by Labor Day a declassified summary of an internal report on the agency’s performance prior to the terrorist attacks of Sept. 11, 2001, possibly shedding light on whether senior officials made fundamental lapses in judgment.
Under the 9/11 bill that President Bush signed into law Friday, the agency must release a public summary within 30 days of the law’s enactment, along with a classified annex for Congress that explains the report’s redactions.
CIA spokesman George Little told The Hill in an e-mail Monday that the agency “will, of course, comply with the law.”
Until now, the CIA had refused to disclose any part of the report since its former inspector general (IG), John Helgerson, completed the final draft more than two years ago. The 9/11 bill, which addresses most of the 9/11 Commission’s unfulfilled recommendations, is the first successful legislation to mandate a declassified summary.
According to previous media accounts, the IG report is more hard-hitting about the CIA’s internal failings than the 9/11 Commission’s 2004 account, and points fingers at specific senior individuals at the agency. Those reportedly include former CIA Director George Tenet, former Deputy Director of Operations James Pavitt, and former CIA Counterterrorism Center Chief Cofer Black. All have left the agency.

Congress ordered the report in late 2002, and Helgerson completed the bulk of the work in 2003 and 2004, when Tenet was still CIA director. Following Tenet’s resignation in July 2004, his successor, Porter Goss, reportedly stalled an internal distribution of the report’s draft and asked Helgerson to make changes before it was sent to Congress.
In August 2005, the congressional intelligence committees received the report as well as responses from the officials cited in the text. Two months later, however, Goss declined to follow the report’s recommendation that the CIA convene “accountability boards” or reprimand specific individuals, according to media reports.
Tenet, Pavitt and Black did not return calls from The Hill asking for comment. But when Tenet appeared on NBC’s “Meet the Press” last May, he charged that there are “many pieces of this report that many of us felt were terribly flawed.”
Questions remain as to how much the CIA will declassify. The agency held lengthy negotiations with Congress over the 2003 release of the congressional 9/11 inquiry report and the 2004 report by the Senate Intelligence Committee on prewar intelligence, both of which contained substantial redactions. Where did Mabat get this footage for Israeli television? Were there ninja types hanging from this camera which was in round Zero's airspace? Normal news/traffic helicopters have cameras mounted on them, they don't have handheld cameras.
"An alarming number of FDNY firefighters are battling a rare cancer that typically targets women, The Post has learned.
At least eight firefighters have been diagnosed with thyroid cancer over the past five years. Another five have undergone partial or full thyroidectomies after their doctors discovered abnormal cell growth that could lead to cancer around the glands.
The cluster has sprung up among those who responded to the World Trade Center on 9/11 or helped in recovery and cleanup afterward, firefighters said.
The relatively rare illness is known to affect women at three times the rate it hits males. The FDNY cases involve only men.
The National Cancer Institute put the incidence rate at 4.3 per 100,000 men - much lower than the eight cases among approximately 11,000 firefighters on the FDNY force on 9/11.
Attorney David Worby, who represents nearly 10,000 WTC responders in a class-action suit, said he has tracked "a large cluster" of thyroid cancers among his clients, which include thousands of firefighters and cops.
Overall, at least 125 active and retired firefighters - all Ground Zero responders - have contracted some type of cancer since 2001, according to figures gathered by the Uniformed Firefighters Association.

Note the lack of clouding (dots and trash) in the background of the actual dated "REVISIONS" table. An area usually really smudged creating major clouding in a scanned plan. NOTE the clean, sharp edged cutoff of the dot cloud to the right of the word "REVISIONS". Something VERY typical of photoshopping documents.
NONE OF THE SHEETS ARE ACCEPTED BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL OF THE PLANNING DIVISION. You can count on every sheet being signed with approval on a job for a building with this prominence.
These are not construction drawings. If they were from LERA they would be from scanned from vellums and these are from beat up blue lines judging by the clouding trash on them. Some of the digital files were created on 10/15/02 at 4:44 AM
Below is a portion of the title block revisions table of A-A-99.TIFF Notice the anomaly in the initial columns of the left side table, 3rd cell from the bottom.
[At right] is a zoom of that cell. Not much to be said about it except it definitely does not belong there and it is some sort of digital, graphic artifact. Not a hand lettered initial. far too straight for too many pixels
Sheet A-A-141.TIFF has the same anomaly but twice. ..
Comparison of the initials of the revisions tables of 99 and 139 show the same initials circled in blue are suspicious and could be the same numbers copied and pasted perhaps after being separated from their accompanying triangular detail numbers and being altered by scaling. blurring or distorting. The date appears as the same quite often in the "REVISIONS" tables.
CONCLUSION
The plans are actually 1964 plans that have had their date altered to appear as 1967 or during construction. Since there is no approval by the chief of the planning division it is certain the plans are not actual construction drawings.
Clearly the anomaly in the revisions table should not be there and the table is free of most clouding where there should be more than usual. Slice lines of graphic manipulations appear in A-A-13.TIFF.
It seem very likely that a revisions table was scanned and dissected then reassembled into a graphic which matched the title block of the WTC 1 preliminary set then pasted in. The entire file could then had been rescaled or saved at another resolution to hide the splices.
The .dxf files are useless and mostly nonsense. One file "wtc1_2000.dxf" is a product of the "LZA Technology A Division of The Thornton Tomasetti Group" and appears to be the beginning of an effort to analyze the plane impacts as the impact area of flight 11 is shown.
Since the WTC2 plans are missing it is clear that is because the WTC2 plans only show the concrete core and cannot be used to deceive the public as to the actual construction of the towers by representing them as having 47 steel core columns. The concrete core of the towers is documented with images from 9-11 here.

In questioning how and why, for instance, their loved ones, how nearly 3,000, were murdered...
the money won't help those folks, those holdouts, get through the day and over the loss. Yet despite that fact, the good judge tells us, admitting it will probably come back to haunt him, "that money is the universal lubricant." Ah yes, so let's get to the greasing and make things turn. That reminder leads the judge to a somber lecture that “life is short. And out of the mundane you can fashion something different, a memory for a different degree of pain for each person. Fashion a life beyond the pain. In fact, what is the fairest, most efficient way to get on with our lives? And if the opportunity comes, take it. We are not trying to cut short values or justice. But we have to get past 9/11. Let it go.” That is, despite the unanswered questions, despite these hearings, despite the massive sway of the media to swallow it all and buy the myth like a suit.
Then, rather than announce the cases chosen, the good judge asks both teams of lawyers what is the quickest, most efficient way to have some cases heard and -- subtext -- the whole bunch over with

He remembers that when he was a lawyer and clients came to him, saying it was not the money, it was the principle for which they were bringing suit, that when his first bill came, it was a matter of money, how much would it cost, and soon the principle went out the window.
One wonders first how scalding his hourly was, and second what has brought him to this degree of cynicism about his own life’s work... -----

How to challenge broadcast license of 9/11 tv-fakery stations
Federal Communications Commission licenses for New York and New Jersey television stations expired on June 1. Applications for license renewal by WABC-7 and by WNYW (FOX5) have been "accepted for filing" but, the license renewal has not yet been granted.
Until the renewal application is granted, the FCC will accept "informal complaints" from residents of the New York City market (i.e., anywhere you can receive New York television stations over the air, including Northern New Jersey).
The procedure is simple. Viewers must send the FCC a complaint detailing the station's breach of the public trust. The complaint should be sent in triplicate (three copies) -- the first with an ink signature, the other two copies of the orginal. The headers should include a reference to the application umber as well as the correct FCC address, thusly:

The complaints should point out that the station in question may be in violation of the FCC hoax rule, Section 73.1217:
This rule prohibits broadcast licensees or permittees from broadcasting false information concerning a crime or a catastrophe if: (1) the licensee knows this information is false; (2) it is foreseeable that broadcast of the information will cause substantial public harm; and (3) broadcast of the information does in fact directly cause substantial public harm.
If the broadcast of the CGI airplane animations on 9/11 were intentional and known to the management or owners of the station (Disney-ABC and News Corp-Fox), the stations are in breach of the hoax rule because the panic caused by the broadcasts brought about substantial public harm via the resultant overseas conflicts in Afghanistan and Iraq, as well as the expansion of the domestic police state via the USA PATRIOT A Even if the broadcasts were somehow unintentional, the negligence in failing to disclose the falsity of the broadcast at a later date is a breach of the public interest.
Some suggested points to make in the complaints follow.
Regarding WABC-7:
ABC News reporter Don Dahler reported no plane hit the south tower even as the video feed showed an airplane image and anchor Charlie Gibson from the studio asserted an airplane hit.
The plane image broadcast on WABC was stop-motion across each frame, indicating a computer generated animation. Actual footage of an actual airplane would have revealed "go-motion" blurry images.
The suspicious blackout in the helicopter feed following the nose-out indicates an attempt at cover-up.
The purging of the footage form the Internet by WNYW is a clear proof that that WNYW is acting against the public interest in denying access to this footage by researchers and the public. WNYW has purged the footage from YouTube and on the Internet Wayback Machine at www.archive.org, WNYW has replaced the video track of the South Tower event with video from CBS (while retaining the original Fox5 audio track).
In dealing with a regulatory agency like the FCC, remember that several individual (even if similar or duplicative) complaints are more powerful than one complaint co-signed by several people. This is an important opportunity for NYC-area activists to have their voice heard and possibly force a response from Disney-WABC-7 and NewsCorp-FOX5-WNYW.

The following presentation examines Gary Welz, an actor/lecturer, who apparently donned a disguise to play the part of an "air crash witness" in footage aired on MSNBC on 9/11/2001. Welz is a founding member of the disinformation cell STJ911, who in an interview with CBS News, denounced Scholars for 9/11 Truth for examining classified, exotic weaponry in relation to the destruction of the World Trade Center.

A very interesting presentation about synchronized audio anomalies that occur 17 seconds apart across all live TV network feeds as the "2nd hit" event unfolded on the morning of September 11, 2001.
While this film contends that the first anomaly indicates the actual time of the explosive event in the south tower, that seems incorrect and a more likely expplanation would be that it was rather the cue for the cgi upload of an airplane into the Future Combat Systems cameras which were wired into the mainstream media.
"Judicial Watch, the public interest group that investigates and prosecutes government corruption, today released new documents from the Federal Bureau of Investigation ("FBI") related to the "expeditious departure" of Saudi nationals, including members of the bin Laden family, from the United States following the 9/11 attacks. According to one of the formerly confidential documents, dated 9/21/2001, terrorist Osama bin Laden may have chartered one of the Saudi flights.
The document states: "ON 9/19/01, A 727 PLANE LEFT LAX, RYAN FLT #441 TO ORLANDO, FL W/ETA (estimated time of arrival) OF 4-5PM. THE PLANE WAS CHARTERED EITHER BY THE SAUDI ARABIAN ROYAL FAMILY OR OSAMA BIN LADEN…THE LA FBI SEARCHED THE PLANE [REDACTED] LUGGAGE, OF WHICH NOTHING UNUSUAL WAS FOUND." The plane was allowed to depart the United States after making four stops to pick up passengers, ultimately landing in Paris where all passengers disembarked on 9/20/01, according to the document.
Overall, the FBI's most recent document production includes details of the six flights between 9/14 and 9/24 that evacuated Saudi royals and bin Laden family members. The documents also contain brief interview summaries and occasional notes from intelligence analysts concerning the cursory screening performed prior to the departures. According to the FBI documents, incredibly not a single Saudi national nor any of the bin Laden family members possessed any information of investigative value.
Moreover, the documents contain numerous errors and inconsistencies which call to question the thoroughness of the FBI's investigation of the Saudi flights. For example, on one document, the FBI claims to have interviewed 20 of 23 passengers on the Ryan International Airlines flight (commonly referred to as the "Bin Laden Family Flight"). On another document, the FBI claims to have interviewed 15 of 22 passengers on the same flight.
"Eight days after the worst terrorist attack in U.S. history, Osama bin Laden possibly charters a flight to whisk his family out of the country, and it's not worth more than a luggage search and a few brief interviews?" asked Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton. "Clearly these documents prove the FBI conducted a slapdash investigation of these Saudi flights. We'll never know how many investigative leads were lost due to the FBI's lack of diligence."
U.S. District Court Judge Richard W. Roberts ordered the FBI to resubmit "proper disclosures" to the Court and Judicial Watch, having previously criticized the adequacy of redaction descriptions, the validity of exemption claims, and other errors in the FBI's disclosures. Incredibly, the FBI had previously redacted Osama bin Laden's name from the records in order "to protect privacy interests."
The latest version of the FBI documents, obtained under the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act and through ongoing litigation (Judicial Watch v. Department of Homeland Security & Federal Bureau of Investigation, No. 04-1643 (RWR)) is available. -----
An oversight hearing on EPA's actions regarding air quality around Ground Zero was held today on Capitol Hill. Senators and witnesses ignored the elephant in the room: the air quality was so bad because the towers were pulverized, "dustified" if you will -- something only possible via highly advanced classified weapons systems.
The hearing was led by Senate Environment & Public Works Subcmte. Chair Sen. Hillary Clinton. Clinton's record in Congressional cover-ups dates back to her time on staff of the Watergate hearings in the early 70s. Among the witnesses today, James Connaughton, Chairman of the White House's Council on Environmental Quality.
Christine Whitman, EPA chief during 9/11, will testify next week.
After independent researchers filed Requests for Correction earlier this year with federal agency NIST regarding the WTC, disinformation cell STJ911 followed quickly, claiming to have filed a copycat RFC which unfortunately suckered in naive co-complainants, including victims' family members.
However, several months after claiming to have filed the RFC, the Department of Commerce, which oversees NIST (National Institute for Standards and Technology), has not posted the RFC has received to its online archive of received RFCs as maintained by its Chief Information Officer. This, despite the fact that the STJ911 RFC was purportedly filed April 12, and a supplement, dated April 20, to independent researcher Dr. Judy Wood's RFC, has been posted to the CIO's website for some weeks now.
One possible explanation is that the RFC filed by STJ911 did not in fact challenge the quality of NIST's data so much as praise it. The RFC process is a result of the Data Quality Act, which provides a form of redress for citizens who find data ginned up by federal bureaucracy to fraudulent.
Yet the RFC filed by STJ911 in fact praises the quality of NIST's fraudulent aircraft collision data and only demands that NIST share more of their purportedly fabulous (yet factually fraudulent) data with the public. This is a classic false-opposition tactic, pretending to argue with the powers-that-be when in fact buttressing their central premises. Indeed, the purported RFC filed by STJ911 asserts that "in real life" Boeing airliners crashed into the World Trade Center towers.
This appears to be an attempt to bait NIST into explicitly endorsing claims made by the criminal federal agency FEMA regarding Boeing airliner crashes. One of the co-authors of the purported STJ911 RFC, Los Alamos' Mormon WMD developer Dr. Steven Jones, has cited obviously planted aircraft debris pimped by FEMA in its reports regarding 9/11.
Dr. Jones has claimed on 911blogger.com to expect a response from NIST on June 11th to his fraudulent complaint. Given the efforts by Dr. Jones' false-opposition cell to prop up NIST's fraudulent claims, Dr. Jones may indeed have the inside track on what NIST is to do next.

I rolled tape as Goeas took the bait, asking "Where are your credentials?" and "Do any real reporters have some questions?" But someone finally wrangled security and the reporter was escorted out, followed by a phalanx of cameramen.
It was surreal and I did a lot of interviewing after that moment, so it's a bit of a blur, but I'll post and upload the video a little later.

OLD NEWS: A reporter affiliated with Infowars.com and/or GCN Radio Network has been handcuffed by police after being ejected from the post-debate "spin room" for apparently asking Sir Rudolph Giuliani about his contradictory statements regarding his foreknowledge of the destruction of the World Trade Center towers.
The man has apparently been arrested.

WALLACE: Nine-eleven. No one questions your courage or your leadership in the days after 9/11, but one question has come up that I'm very curious about.
You put the emergency response command center in the World Trade Center in 1997, even though your director of emergency management suggested — recommended that you not put it there because it had been a target in 1993. Why'd you do that?
GIULIANI: My director of emergency management recommended 7 World Trade Center, and that was...
WALLACE: I have got a copy right here of Jerry Hauer's directive to you. And there were meetings in which Jerry Hauer said that it's a bad idea. And the police chief, Howard Safir, said it was a bad idea.
GIULIANI: Jerry Hauer recommended that as the prime site and the site that would make the most sense, and he recommended it because...
WALLACE: Then why did he say the building — he said it's not — the place in Brooklyn is not as visible a target as buildings in Lower Manhattan.
GIULIANI: He recommended that site as the site that would be the best site. It was largely on his recommendation that that site was selected.
And the reason that that site made sense was it was also the location of the customs service, the Secret Service and a number of the federal agencies, some of which I'm not even sure I can mention at this date, that we had to be in contact with.
And we also had backup centers at the police department. In Brooklyn, we had another backup center, and we had a virtual command center. So when that command center was inoperable, within a half hour of September 11 we were able to move — or within a half hour on September 11 we were able to move immediately to another command center.
So the way you're interpreting it, it was as if that was the one fixed command center. It was not. There were backup command centers, and it was a virtual command center, and it was selected because that's where all the federal agencies were that we would have to be in contact with, including some that would give you the intelligence that you needed during an attack.
ABC and Rosie O'Donnell announced Friday that she would not be returning to The View. The announcement followed a coordinated attack on O'Donnell on the Wednesday edition of the program by MOCKINGBIRD producer Bill Geddie and co-host Elizabeth Hasselbeck.
Careful viewers Wednesday saw Hasselbeck, who recently attended an anti-American ceremony at the White House expressing fealty to the British Crown, rolling her eyes to concentrate on her earpiece and Geddie's voice rather than cohost Behar's. When Hasselbeck started goading and screaming at O'Donnell, Geddie did not cut to commercial and went to an unprecedented splitscreen shot to degrade the dialogue further. Behar objected to Geddie's maneuver live on air, but Geddie kept at it until there was enough footage for the shitty cable shows to dissect and slander.
Leading entertainment gossip web sites had previously reported that O'Donnell wanted Geddie out as a condition of any contract renewal.
The move certainly means that no guest will be scheduled to discuss he concept of "9/11 truth" in a positive light.
