UPDATE: Tubbs-Jones finally passed on late in the afternoon.

It sounds like another Clinton superdelegate has been targeted for assassination, this time by a directed-energy weapon, likely in the microwave frequency range, inducing a brain aneurysm in the vidtim.

FoxNews/AP said it went down like this:

"[...] An officer was driving behind Tubbs Jones' car at about 9 p.m.ET and observed her weaving.

After a couple of turns, the officer turned on his lights to stop the congresswoman. When she pulled to the side, her car then started to roll across the lanes of oncoming traffic. The officer then pulled his cruiser in front of her car to block it from oncoming traffic, the report said.

When the officer walked up to her sedan, he noticed she was in "medical distress" and called for an ambulance.

Tubbs Jones was one of Hillary Clinton's biggest supporters during the Democratic primary.

Plenty of people were awfully anxious to call this Clinton supporter dead. From RawStory.com :

"Around 1 p.m. Wednesday, the Cleveland Plain Dealer ran an anonymously sourced report that Tubbs Jones had died after being removed from life support.

A Democratic official in Washington also told reporters that Tubbs Jones died, resulting in this Associated Press NewsAlert. It was unclear where the Democratic official got his or her information, but AP killed the alert of her death when a doctor said she was in critical condition.

That post apparently became the basis for subsequent reports of her death.

Clinton superdelegate U.S. Sen Dianne Feinstein, has chickened out of attending the DNC convention, claiming a broken ankle. Better than having a stroke on the highway?

Hot off the wire:

"IS THE DEATH OF THE ARKANSAS DEMOCRATIC PARTY CHAIRMAN PART OF AN OBAMA BODY COUNT?

Washington DC, Aug. 13 -- This afternoon, Arkansas Democratic Party Chairman Bill Gwatney fell victim to what was evidently a political assassination. Gwatney was a major ally of Hillary and Bill Clinton, and was a leader of the strongly pro-Clinton Arkansas delegation to the upcoming Denver Democratic National Convention.

Gwatney's Arkansas delegation was known to be a hotbed of anti-Obama sentiment, and was reportedly ready to walk out of the Denver convention if Senator Clinton were not to be treated fairly by the Howard Dean-Donna Brazile DNC leadership.

Observers in Washington are now asking whether the assassination of Gwatney can be read as attempted intimidation of the anti-Obama forces which are now gaining strength before the Denver convention.

Is the death of Bill Gwatney part of an Obama body count, which already includes the names of Donald Young (the murdered gay choirmaster of Rev. Wright's church) and possibly others?

The statements releaed by the Clinton and Obama camps are telling. The Clintons call him a confidante and then Obama... [LINK]:

“We are stunned and shaken by today’s shooting at the Arkansas Democratic Party where our good friend and fellow Democrat Bill Gwatney was critically wounded. Bill is not only a strong chairman of Arkansas’ Democratic Party, but he is also a cherished friend and confidante. Our thoughts and prayers are with Bill and his family today and we wish him a quick recovery."

Obama released the following:

“...We’re all grateful for the quick action of law enforcement and quick thinking by Chairman Gwatney’s staff, and Michelle and I are keeping him and his family in our prayers.”

... it sounds like Obama thanked law enforcement for killing the alleged assassin dead before he could talk -- and also took a subtle shot at the "quick thinking" of the local yokels who stood by and watched their leader get executed. Ominous indeed.

"In a new book alleging a campaign of slander and intimidation orchestrated chiefly by Hillary Clinton, Kathleen Willey points a finger of suspicion at the former first couple for the death of her husband, who was believed to have killed himself.

Willey, who claims she was groped by President Clinton in the White House, acknowledged in an interview with WND today that she stands by the speculation she poses about her husband's demise in "Target: Caught in the Crosshairs of Bill and Hillary Clinton," set for release this week by World Ahead Publishing, WND Books' partner.

Asked if she suspects her husband Ed, a lawyer and son of a prominent Virginia lawmaker, was murdered, Willey replied, "Most definitely."

"I'm having someone with a forensics background look at this, and I intend to pursue this further, now that these questions have been raised," she told WND, pointing to alleged discrepancies in the autopsy report.

Does she believe the Clintons were involved?

"I do have suspicions," Willey said, "yes."

. . .Willey alleges the Nov. 29, 1993, meeting ended abruptly when the president cornered her in a private passageway and sexually assaulted her.

At the time of that meeting, Clinton and Willey were unaware that Ed Willey was lying dead of a gunshot wound to his mouth in the woods near his car, parked on a hunting path in rural King and Queen County, Virginia.

Kathleen Willey... was scheduled to become one of only three witnesses in the Clinton impeachment trial until some members of the House and Senate refused to allow her to testify.

In the book, Willey recounts numerous incidents she believes were designed to terrorize her into silence, with the latest taking place in September, just as the book was in its final stages.

As WND reported, Willey said she was the target of an unusual house burglary over the Labor Day weekend for which she blames the Clintons. While asleep upstairs in her Virginia home, she said, a copy of a manuscript for "Target" was stolen.

Willey told WND the break-in at her house reminded her of the widely reported incident 10 years ago in which she claimed she was threatened near her present Richmond-area home by a "jogger" just two days before she was to testify against President Clinton in the Jones case.

She contends elements of the autopsy report of her husband's death are inconsistent with suicide, pointing to similarities to the death of White House aide Vince Foster.

So anyway, Stan Lee, the ham who stole credit for Spider-Man from the HRoarkian Steve Ditko, had this company. He and his partner cut a deal with the Clinton Crime Family whereby they'd funnel cash to Hillary's 2000 Senate campaign, and the library, etc., and Bill would start shilling for their Internet superheroes as soon as he left the White House. Slick Willie didn't hold up his end of the bargain and the company went bankrupt in late 2001. So Lee's partner Peter Paul is suing the Clintons and it's all in court documents.

Here's the conference call where Hillary broke campaign finance laws:



Peter Paul: Well, we did lobby for the X-men vote and all of the X-men have agreed to—because they’re all NY residents—so all the X-men will be voting for you.

Hillary Clinton: That’s great!

Stan Lee: Oh, yeah, you’ve got the mutant vote right around the world.

HC: Well, some people think I’m the mutant candidate so I should have it.

This video shows "Spider Man" creator Stan Lee swearing under oath that he contributed nothing to Hillary Clinton's 2000 Senate campaign, contradicting Hillary's latest report to the FEC.

"Senate [Mormon] Leader Harry Reid, D-Nev., has not endorsed a Democratic presidential candidate, but his son has.

Rory Reid is signing on as Nevada chairman for Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton's presidential bid. He will be senior adviser on Western issues including public lands, transportation, resources and conservation, growth and affordable housing, the New York senator's campaign said in a statement Sunday.

Reid, 44, is chairman of the Clark County, Nev., Commission and a former chairman of the Nevada State Democratic Party.
