June 10, 2009 -- James Von Brunn just may be an innocent man, and all Americans should remember that. Regardless of how we view his politics and personality, he is entitled to the presumption of innocence until convicted in a court of law before a jury of his peers.

Further, today's shootings at the DC Holocaust Museum bear some of the classic earmarks of a false flag operation. On 9/11 we saw US media fabricate a fairy tale of 19 Arab hijackers who brought down three World Trade Center buildings with two airplane strikes, and left a string of an incompetent clues so ham-handed that they looked planted -- and they were.

To learn the truth we learn to take our time, and look at several sources to compare contradictions.

Please examine this article from the BBC about the shootings, and pay close attention to the remarks of the female witness who says that there was a sound before JVB entered the building.

Also check out the NBC article from this afternoon, which curiously places former Secretary of Defense William Cohen near to the action, states that the weapon allegedly used by a JVB was a shotgun (not a rifle), and adds that he wore a Confederate hat (a detail I see nowhere else):

Mind you, I'm not asserting that this is a false flag operation, but neither am I discounting the possibility. I exhort Internet researchers to look into this carefully, and publish results. I shall be especially interested in videotaped evidence from the museum's camera system -- or will those photos, like the Pentagon impact photos of 9/11, be sequestered?

A report that US Marines brought in large suspicious steel boxes onto the floors of the hotel hit hardest by the "truck bomb." From Indo-Asian News Service / Hindustan Times September 23, 2008:

"Pakistani authorities are trying to "solve the riddle" of US Marines and their mysterious steel cases that were shifted to the Marriott Hotel four days before it was razed in the worst terrorist attack in the federal capital, a media report on Tuesday said.

"The authorities want to ascertain if it was a routine exercise or part of some special mission that does not have the approval of the government of Pakistan," The News said.

The US embassy insists the activity witnessed was a team of support personnel that often and routinely precede and/or accompany certain US officials.

According to an official source, the authorities were told that mysterious activity of the US Marines took place around midnight on Sep 16.

"Already, the government has got information that several rooms on the fourth floor of the Marriott were in permanent use of the US authorities. Three of these rooms were said to be inter-connected and contained some intelligence equipment and other material allegedly used for espionage," the newspaper said.

From The Australian Sept. 23 reports top Pakistani officials had a warning:

"ISLAMABAD: Pakistan's top political and military leadership, including the newly elected President and Prime Minister, came close to being killed in the al-Qa'ida suicide bomb attack on Islamabad's Marriott hotel.

Interior Ministry boss Rehman Malik said last night that President Asif Ali Zardari, Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani and army commander Ashfaq Kayani were scheduled to be at a dinner in the hotel when the 600kg bomb went off on Saturday night, killing at least 53 people.

The dinner had been planned to mark Iftar - when Muslims end their daily Ramadan fast -- following Mr Zardari's first speech to a joint session of parliament.

At the last minute, apparently on the orders of Mr Zardari and Mr Gilani, it was decided to shift the dinner to the Prime Minister's heavily guarded residence.

" Iran's Prosecutor General has said perpetrators of the deadly blast in the Iranian city of Shiraz have confessed to links to the US and Israel.

"The secular agents behind the brutal and terrorist bombing of a religious and cultural center in Shiraz have confessed to having links to the world arrogance, in particular the United States and the Zionist regime," IRNA quoted Qorbanali Dorri-Najafabadi as saying.

He added that countries which claim to be defending human rights have no qualms about threatening the Iranian nation with bombs and violence.

"Apparently, the group has also carried out one or two minor operations in other parts of the country. The Islamic world is currently aware of the US plots against Muslims," he said.

The US and other elements of the world arrogance are enemies of the Holy Qur'an and independence of Islamic countries, he noted, stressing that Muslims should remain vigilant against the deceitful acts of the US and its Zionist ally.

Najafabadi noted that 10 bombers involved in the event and other agents cooperating with the group outside Fars Province have been arrested so far and investigations are underway to identify and arrest other members of the group.

The explosion on April 12 killed 13 people and injured more than 200 in a religious and cultural center in the southern Iranian city of Shiraz.

I learned from my uncle today — who was in the National Guard shortly after the riots in '68 when King was assassinated — that the Guard used flammable tear gas canisters when quelling the riots.

He believes that the city was burned not by rioters who were allegedly setting the buildings on fire, but by the canisters.

When he asked a commander about it the commander simply said, "We don't discuss that."

But for all these years, the self righteous have been scolding the rioters with the "What kind of animals burn their own stores and homes to the ground?" routine when it was actually the National Guard.

H Street NE is making a comeback, finally. (My yoga studio was one of the first businesses to move in.) It's only taken 40 years.

"Just two days after the U.S. Navy released the eerie video of Iranian speedboats swarming around American warships, which featured a chilling threat in English, the Navy is saying that the voice on the tape could have come from the shore or from another ship.

The near-clash occurred over the weekend in the Strait of Hormuz. On the U.S.-released recording, a voice can be heard saying to the Americans, "I am coming to you. You will explode after a few minutes."

The Navy never said specifically where the voices came from, but many were left with the impression they had come from the speedboats because of the way the Navy footage was edited.

Today, the spokesperson for the U.S. admiral in charge of the Fifth Fleet clarified to ABC News that the threat may have come from the Iranian boats, or it may have come from somewhere else.

We're saying that we cannot make a direct connection to the boats there," said the spokesperson. "It could have come from the shore, from another ship passing by. However, it happened in the middle of all the very unusual activity, so as we assess the information and situation, we still put it in the total aggregate of what happened Sunday morning. I guess we're not saying that it absolutely came from the boats, but we're not saying it absolutely didn't."

"Photo Shows Man In Handcuffs --Witness Reports 35-40 Shots 05 Dec 2007 A viewer photo shows a man in handcuffs after shots were fired inside the Von Maur store at Westroads Mall on Wednesday afternoon.

A description of the shooter, broadcast over scanners, was that he was in an Army-green vest and was holding a rifle. The viewer's photo showed a young man in [Army] fatigues surrounded by police and apparently in handcuffs. Police have not yet confirmed an arrest. It was reported by KETV crews that the man in fatigues was found under a bus bench. KETV NewsWatch 7's Carol Kloss said she could see a man in cuffs and a black, hooded sweatshirt surrounded by police.

'Witnesses described the suspect as a man wearing Army fatigues or camouflage.' [This reference has been purged from the New York Daily News article, but Google retained the Army fatigues reference. That reference has disappeared quicker than snow in July.] 9 dead, including suspect, in Omaha mall shooting 05 Dec 2007 A rifle-toting gunman went on a holiday murder spree in a crowded Nebraska mall Wednesday, killing eight shoppers. The killer, identified as Robert Hawkins, 19, left behind a note promising to "go out in style," Omaha television station KETV reported. Hawkins, his hair in a military buzz cut, was reportedly wearing a camouflage vest and carrying a black backpack when he walked into the mall. "The nation is preparing for its biggest terrorism exercise ever next week when three fictional "dirty bombs" go off and cripple transportation arteries in two major U.S. cities and Guam, according to a document obtained by The Associated Press.

Yet even as this drill begins, details from the previous national exercise held in 2005 have yet to be publicly released — information that's supposed to help officials prepare for the next real attack.

House lawmakers were expected to demand answers Wednesday, including why the "after-action" report from 2005 hasn't been made public. Congress has required the exercise since 2000, but has done little in the way of oversight beyond attending the actual events.

Next week will be the fourth Top Officials exercise — dubbed TOPOFF. The program costs about $25 million a year and involves the federal government's highest officials, such as top people from the Defense and Homeland Security departments.

According to an internal department briefing of next week's exercise obtained by AP, a dirty bomb will go off at a Cabras power plant in Guam; another dirty bomb will explode on the Steel Bridge in Portland, Ore., impacting major transportation systems, and a third dirty bomb will explode at the intersection of busy routes 101 and 202 near Phoenix.

Local hospitals and law enforcement agencies will be involved in the "attacks" by the dirty bombs, which are conventional explosives that include some radioactive material that would cause contamination over a limited area but not create actual nuclear explosions.

"To the American people, and to peace loving individuals everywhere:

Massive evidence has come to our attention which shows that the backers, controllers, and allies of Vice President Dick Cheney are determined to orchestrate and manufacture a new 9/11 terror incident, and/or a new Gulf of Tonkin war provocation over the coming weeks and months.

Such events would be used by the Bush administration as a pretext for launching an aggressive war against Iran, quite possibly with nuclear weapons, and for imposing a regime of martial law here in the United States.

We call on the House of Representatives to proceed immediately to the impeachment of Cheney, as an urgent measure for avoiding a wider and more catastrophic war. Terrorist mastermind Michael Chertoff has released to the Chicago Tribune a video threatening the American people with mass death and destruction. The video threat by Mossad's Chertoff was accompanied by an ABCNews report of an Al-CIAda operation cell moving into the US.

From Chicago Tribune July 11, 2007:

"Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff said Tuesday that the nation faced a heightened chance of an attack this summer.

"I believe we are entering a period this summer of increased risk," Chertoff told the Chicago Tribune's editorial board in an unusually blunt assessment of America's terrorist threat level.

"Summertime seems to be appealing to them," he said ...

He indicated that his remarks were based on "a gut feeling" formed by previous patterns of terrorist attacks, recent Al Qaeda statements and intelligence he did not disclose.

There is an assessment "not of a specific threat but of increased vulnerability," he said.

There have been reports that suggest intelligence warnings are at a similar level to the summer before Sept. 11, 2001...

On Tuesday, ABC News said "new intelligence suggests a small Al Qaeda cell is on its way to the United States, or may already be here."

ABC said the White House had called an urgent meeting for Thursday to discuss the potential threat.[...]

"We could easily be attacked," Chertoff added. "The intent to attack us remains as strong as it was on Sept. 10, 2001."

The dire warnings and Chertoff's comments come as the Bush administration faces political and business opposition over its immigration and border policies.

With stiff opposition on those issues, the administration has been unsuccessful in efforts to ... infringe on people's rights.

In a broad interview with the Tribune that lasted more than an hour, Chertoff said that Congress' recent failure to pass an immigration bill had negative repercussions.

Former U.S. Senator Rick Santorum, who has been connected to the terrorist cell called "The Fellowship," made a chilling appearance last week on the Hugh Hewitt radio program. Santorum, frothing at the mouth, issued a terroristic threat on the American electorate. Details from "Joe Stokes" Jul 7:

"Yesterday, on the Hugh Hewitt show, former PA Senator Rick Santorum made references to learning the lessons of 9-11 and the recent 'attacks' in England. Then when asked by Hewitt whether he felt the leading Republican Presidential candidates were speaking with enough "seriousness" about the war, Santorum proceeded to say that alot was going to change in the next year.

"You know, I’ve talked to all three of the major candidates, that I think will be the major candidates, and that’s Giuliani, Romney and Thompson. I think those will be the three major candidates when we head into the final analysis. And I think all of them understand the issue very, very well, they understand particularly the importance of Iran, and confronting Iran in the Middle East as an absolute lynchpin for our success in that region, and I think they are committed to that. And while it may not be a popular thing to talk about right now, and I know public sentiment is against it, they understand the importance of the national security of this country,

and they also understand that between now and November, a lot of things are going to happen, and I believe that by this time next year, the American public’s going to have a very different view of this war, and it will be because, I think, of some unfortunate events, that like we’re seeing unfold in the UK.

But I think the American public’s going to have a very different view, and part of it will be the education that these three men will be imparting on the American public during the course of this campaign."

"U.S. law enforcement officials received intelligence reports two weeks ago warning of a possible terror attack in Glasgow against "airport infrastructure or aircraft," a senior US law enforcement official tells the Blotter on ABCNews.com.

The intelligence reports also warned that airports and aircraft in the Czech Republic could be the targets of al Qaeda-connected terrorists.

The warnings were kept secret for operational reasons, according to officials. In public, the White House and Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff have continued to maintain they know of no specific or credible threats involving the United States, even though the intelligence reports specify US aircraft as possible targets.

A US official told ABCNews.com that the intelligence reports led to the assignment of Federal Air Marshals to flights into and out of both Glasgow and Prague.

"A Scottish judicial review body ruled Thursday that a former Libyan intelligence official jailed for the 1988 Lockerbie bombing might have been wrongfully convicted and was entitled to appeal the verdict against him.

After an investigation lasting nearly four years, the Scottish Criminal Cases Review Commission delivered an 800-page report — much of it still secret — that identified several areas where “a miscarriage of justice may have occurred.”

The commission cast doubt on the testimony of a witness, who changed his story several times and had been shown a photograph of the Libyan official days before picking him out of a lineup. It also challenged evidence presented at the trial that the official had purchased the clothes found in the suitcase that held the bomb.

The ruling has potentially major ramifications both legally and emotionally for the victims’ relatives, reviving an array of questions and theories about the explosion on board Pan Am Flight 103 on Dec. 21, 1988, that killed 270 people, including 179 Americans.

While the decision does not guarantee the success of the appeal, the commission’s findings are often upheld. Since its establishment in 1999, the commission says on its Web site, it has considered 887 cases and recommended 67 of them for appeal. Of those appeals, 39 have been heard, 25 of them successfully.

Some families expressed dismay at the ruling. But other people have long harbored misgivings about the official version of events...

It turns out forensics identified a totally different person as the V-Tech gunman before the official story concealed around the robotic patsy Cho. From a google cache of the Chicago Sun-Times Monday night:

Sneed hears authorities were investigating whether the gunman who killed 32 people in a rampage on the Virginia Tech campus was a Chinese national who arrived in the United States last year on a student visa.

The 25-year-old man being investigated for the deadliest college carnage in U.S. history reportedly arrived in San Francisco on a United Airlines flight on Aug. 7, 2006, on a visa issued in Shanghai, the source said. Investigators had not linked him to any terrorist groups, the source added.

The shooter reportedly had multiple handguns with high-capacity magazines, enabling him to kill many students quickly.

The rampage also appeared to have been premeditated since the exits in the campus buildings in which the shootings occurred were chained.

The story at that URL was updated Tuesday morning after ATF had "helped" by taking over the firearm forensics analysis Monday night(though the date on the story remained April 16). Again, from Chicago Sun-Times:

The gunman suspected of carrying out the Virginia Tech massacre that left 33 people dead was identified today as Cho Seung-Hui, a 23-year-old South Korean who was a senior at the school.

He was carrying a backpack that contained 9mm clips, two knives and a bag from Dick's Sporting Goods, a source said. The backpack was found near the shooter.

The initial investigation had led law enforcement authorities to a preliminary suspect who was a Chinese national, accompanied by details and a description. The man was placed on the suspect list before fingerprints could be verified. The list in turn was distributed to law enforcement officials via a national network in place to check on possible terrorism in the United States.

Cho was identified following an analysis of fingerprints and ballistics.

Cho was a English major whose creative writing was so disturbing that he was referred to the school’s counseling service.

News reports also said he may have been taking medication for depression.

Also note that eyewitnesses who survived the slaughter said the gunman was a 6-foot Asian man. Yet the patsy Cho was 5-foot-8, 150 pounds. It is likely that the six-foot Asian gunman was indeed this Chinese man.

Independent investigators in Blacksburg should try to find out who this mysterious might have been -- was there anyone fitting this description in Blacksburg over the last several who may have had access to the campus? An employee of the University perhaps?

Distrubingly, this information implies that the Chinese Communists in the People's Liberation Army are actively working with elements of the American military-intelligence complex in conducting murderous operations on American soil.
